1. Enter your local time and date
2. Enter your location (western/southern longitudes/latitudes are negative)
i.e. Austria 48N / 14E -> 48 / 14 ; New York City 41N / 71W -> 41 / -71
3. Hours to UT: positive, if you're east of Greenwich: i.e. central Europe = 1
negative, if you're west of Greenwich: i.e. New York = -6
